The modern and cozy building is located in Perdizes, a cultural neighborhood in the city of São Paulo. The property is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and museums, and is just a 5-minute walk from Allianz Parque. It is the ideal space for a comfortable stay, offering a 43-inch Smart TV, equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and much more. The building also features a parking space, gym, rooftop pool, and laundry facilities. • IMPORTANT RULES: • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide a photo of an official ID before check-in for pre-registration. • Visitors are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not permitted on the property. • Pets are allowed only with the payment of a thirty reais per day per pet pet fee. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation. • PLEASE REFER TO ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

• All tenants must provide a photo of an official identification document before check-in for pre-registration. Original documents must be presented at the time of check-in. • According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • Visitors are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equal to half a daily rate will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All violations are subject to a fine and termination of the lease without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be submitted by 22:00 on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, tenants will only be allowed entry on the following day after 8:00, and no refund will be issued. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 17:00 on the day before check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • Pets are only allowed with payment of a Pet Fee of thirty reais per day per pet. Pets can only move through the garage and the service elevator. • A deposit of up to Rtwo thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after departure. • Photos of food, drinks, and plants are for illustrative purposes only.
