Enjoy your favorite movies on the large smart TV with built-in surround sound or simply soak in the views of the lush greenery and calm ocean right outside large glass sliding door. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and features modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. You will enjoy conveniences such as filtered drinking water, a Coffee & Tea Station, mixer, blender, bread maker, toaster, and waffle maker. There are pots, pans, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a dining table that seats 8, a Breakfast Bar with 6 bar stools, and a Wet Bar with a Wine Cooler. Claudene was born and raised in the small oceanfront neighborhood of Pinder’s Point, Grand Bahama. Arthur grew up on the east coast of Central Florida. We met on the campus of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. We been married over 38 years and are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters and we have two handsome grandsons. We currently live in Washington, DC. We’ve been blessed to have travelled the world and have seen many beaches, from the Caribbean to the South Pacific, but “It is Better in the Bahamas.“ This is our slice of Paradise and we are so pleased to share it with you.
