Fully designed and developed by Simplissimmo, these ten urban apartments each have one or two bedrooms and are fully equipped with all you need, including AC in the summer and a washer and dryer in the basement. Plus, the two-bedroom units come with an extra half bath for your convenience. The apartments feature clean, modern design and trendy exposed-brick walls. The building also has its own private courtyard—shared with the patio of the popular Deville Dinerbar—with benches and a fountain, where you’ll find peace from the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal. At Simplissimmo we offer a secure self check in and a keyless entry solution. We will be in contact with you on your arrival day at noon in order to provide the access code you need to enter your suite. Please make sure that you provided the correct contact information (phone number and email address) when you completed your booking in order to avoid any complication at your arrival. We will send you the invite the day of your check-in at noon. You are able to gain access to your apartment 24/7 in case of a late arrival.

The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two (2) people per bed.

The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 11 PM / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11 PM)

Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.

Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.

Kindly note that you will have to complete an online check-in registration that consists of a selfie holding your ID next to your face, valid ID documentation and pre-authorization of the security deposit prior access to your accommodation.

Kindly note that the security deposit of $300 CAD is only pre-authorised on your card and not charged. It will be released 24-48 hours after your check-out if the terms and conditions have been respected. Note that it might take up to 7 business days for the amount to show up on your bank account.
