If any rule doesn't fit your need, please do not book this place to avoid complications or unnecessary dispute / charges on your card: ###Check-in is 3 PM earliest. Check-out time is 11 AM the latest. These times need to be strictly followed (no negotiation, sorry!), because the apartment is fully booked back to back on the same day. My management team needs time in between to check, sort, and steralise the entire apartment. Cleaners are not allowed to work while guests remain in-suite due to pandemic/hygenic control protocol. (If by 11 AM you are still in the suite, they may get the building security guard to respecfully ask you to leave). If this doesn't suits your check-in/check-out time, please cancel tihs reservation to avoid any charges. ###This condo allows for air bnb and has a noise control policy for air bnb units, and smoking cigarettes or marijuana is not allowed anywhere in the building, including the suite balconies. Any violation of these 2 things may incur a penalty for up to 500 dollors to your card, and the building management and the building security may make decisions over host's power to interrupt the violating guest's current stay. No pets are allowed. ###Please do not book my place if you intend to use it for hosting any social gathering of over 4 people. ###The place is not suitable for hosting young children (related to its interior design). ###Smoking cigarettes or marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere inside my suite or on the balcony. You can't remove any of my smoke detectors. ###No pets are allowed.

Fully furnished by interior designer as a hotel suite, which has everything you need. Big balcony with nice city view and a view to the lake. The apartment includes a high quality Queen bed and comfortable beddings, a pull-out sofa bed for an additional guest (if needed), duvet, comforter, blanket, big bedroom closet; high-quality bath towels and hand towels, hair dryer, iron, iron rack; full kitchen, microwave, dish washer, full-size refrigerator, oven, 4-cooktop stove (electric), cookware and dining utensils, water kettle, as well as in-suite laundry machines washer and dryer (no additional charge), and a 52-inch big TV with free Neflix and Roku shows and music channels etc. Free high-speed Wi-Fi available. The building is highly secured, with 24-hr security and constant patrol for each floor. Gym is also available (on the 4th floor). Location is close to everywhere in the city: entertainment district, TIFF, financial district, subways (St Andrew & Osgoode stations), theaters, stadium, ACC, Eaton Centre & Dundas Square, and the Harbourfront. Steps to finest dining (King Street and Adelaide Street restaurants), great shops on Queen Street, and lots of grocery stores and Starbucks surround the building.
