The beds and pillows are very comfortable. robes are cozy. I liked the happy hour feature at 5pm. The bathroom is well laid out with dual mirrors. Valet parking was a nice feature.

The location is perfect. The staff were efficient and discrete, perfect for my need. Housekeeping responded efficiently to my cleaning requests, and the hotel was impeccable. The room is spacious and well equipped, the blackout works perfectly, good wi-fi, shower and amenities. Forage is great, as usual.

I've been coming here for years. Proximity to downtown and Stanley Park are excellent. Morning coffee in Gallery rooms and evening wine reception are nice touches, as is the original art work in every room. Wifi was excellent. Rooms were soundproof. Reception is always helpful.
