There is access to the lake off our private dock which is shared with the main house. Guests have privacy with few neighbours nearby. We are horse-friendly with 2 stalls available in our barn. The space Spacious cottage on 5 acres section of 10 acre property 5 minutes from the village of Knowlton. 1 large master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 single beds, renovated basement with 2 beds and private powder room. 1 main bathroom with bath and shower, 2 smaller powder rooms on first floor and in the basement. Everything you need for your stay is provided. Guest access Guests have ample parking in front of the house and can access the lake from the property. Main house is a brief walk from the cottage and guests can contact for anything needed during their stay.
