Completely renovated cottage is located in a well established, quiet area, overlooking the river with a backyard giving access to the magnificent river view park. This house has a 4-season sunroom on the first floor, as well as a large rooftop terrasse overlooking the river and park, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This cottage offers plenty of space and is divided into two levels (excluding basement). On the first floor, you can find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a nice family room/sunroom overlooking the river and park. A powder room with washer/dryer is also on this floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, including a huge master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom and separate powder room, walk-in, a patio door access to the terrasse to enjoy the views. The other two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a second beautiful bathroom are also on the same floor. **Before you book the room, please answer the following questions** - Have you read the house rules and confirm acceptance? HOUSE RULES - Please Follow The Quiet Hours 11PM To 7AM. Keep Noise To A Minimum After 11PM. - No Shoes Within The House. Place Your Shoes In The Closet On The Left As You Enter The Unit. - There Shall Not Be Any Kind Of Smoking Inside The House. Extra Cleaning Fees To Remove Odor And Stains Will Be Applied. - No Exception To Check-In And Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance. (Late Check-Out Fee Will Incur) - No Visitors Allowed In The House Other Than Those On Reservation. - No Parties Or Events. No Loud Music. - Please Lock All Doors And Windows Each Time You Leave The Property. - Our House Is Home To Other Tenants.
