The living room overlooks the small garden, with a patio equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella for year-round enjoyment of the mild Ticino climate and outdoor dining in summer. Completing the apartment is the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine available to guests. Losone is only a 5-minute drive from the picturesque lakefront of Ascona and 7 minutes from Lido di Ascona. It is also only 5 minutes from Monte Verità and its Foundation, a center for congresses, meetings and cultural activities. The city of Locarno, with its famous Piazza Grande, location of the Pardo Locarno Film Festival, the Lungolago Locarno Muralto, its streets of stores and restaurants, its Lido and its beautiful parks, is only 8/10 minutes by car. In Locarno at the marina you can take boats to the main resorts on Lake Maggiore. By train, from Locarno station take bus N7 direction "Losone, Caserma" for 12 stops and get off at "Losone, Posta" stop. In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
