We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Beautiful holiday flat with large balcony and private parking. The 35m³ studio is ideal for a mountain holiday for two. Super central (local/ski bus stop "Zentrum" directly in front of the house, only 7 min. walk to the Weisshorn cable car, ski rental/sports shop in the house, supermarket directly opposite) and yet absolutely quiet (thanks to the hillside location of the building 5 floors below the local road), there is a wonderful view from the balcony and even from the comfortable large double bed (box spring, king size) over the entire Schanfigg to Hochwang and directly to the Untersee and the Schiesshorn. The bright 1.5-room flat also has fast internet (300 MBit/s), Wifi, cable TV and a flat-screen TV. The practical and well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette set is located in the entrance area outside the living room and bedroom. The modern bathroom with floor-level rain shower invites you to feel good. - The private parking space is located in the Poststrasse just a few metres from the building. - Guests can use the ski room right next to the front door as well as the storage room belonging to the flat on the same floor with clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Thanks to the "Zentrum" bus stop directly in front of the house, you can reach any destination in and around Arosa in just a few minutes with the free ski/local bus. The Weisshorn cable car and the train station are only a few minutes' walk or one bus stop away. In addition, you will find a variety of cafés, restaurants and speciality shops in the centre of Arosa around the holiday flat.
