The hotel is stunning. Historic, gorgeous, comfortable, perfect location and view to the lake. We are a family of four with two teenagers and we booked the family room that's off the terrace. It was spotless, spacious, comfortable, great air conditioning. Marcello is the best! So friendly! We loved the rooftop pool and outdoor ping pong table.

The hotel was lovely. All of the common areas were pretty, decorated with artwork or nice views. The breakfast was very good and one of the bigger selections that we had seen in Switzerland. The rooms were not huge but a good size. Our room overlooked the lovely pool area. We swam in the pool which was a little chilly but very refreshing. The room was clean with a good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Location was perfect. It was right next door to the Santa Maria Church and was right on the promenade close to restaurants and shopping.

Location was great ! It was at the heart of the city but was also at a convenient distance to keep us from the city noise (which was quite high due to the festival over the weekend). Breakfast was included in the reservation and it was satisfactory. I particularly liked the very clean table sheets and the colorful china :). The staff were nice and very helpful. The pool area was really nice and cozy.
