the services were really good. First, the free luggage storage before check-in and even after check out. Also loved the concept of a common kitchen where we can cook and eat. Was very good for the breakfast to cook ourselves.

We enjoyed this hotel and it is a great value for Zurich. I booked a family room for 5 of us-- we were staying 2 nights after flying in overnight. It had a queen and two sets of bunk beds for our family of 5. There is a big hangout area/cafe/communal kitchen on the first floor. There were people there at all hours -I assume suffering from jet lag. Great places to work on your laptop if you need to check in- loud 80s music playing all the time. We did walk home from the main downtown area of Zurich once just to kind of explore--it's a couple miles. 10-15 min train ride. The train stop is an easy walk down the street and there are a couple cafes and a gas station/small grocery store where they bake their own croissants. We would stay there again, with our kids but if you are just a couple maybe stay right near Zurich HB main train station.
