I like that the hotel is close to the international terminal. It was quiet and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. All excellent! I recommend the hotel to other people.

Good airport shuttle from and to hotel. Services is good.

I had to take a flight the following day and it was very convenient. The hotel has airport shuttle and the staff are very helpful with the bags.

It’s big and clean, all the staffs are very nice and responsible.

The hotel was super close to the airport. It was well maintained, both inside and out. I ate at the on-site restaurant for all meals, and found everything to be delicious. The room was luxurious, and they have the best beds/pillows I think I’ve ever had in a hotel in China. Most of all, WangYang is absolutely amazing. As the guest experience manager, he helped arrange pick up from the airport and met us there personally, he oversaw checkin and made sure to help with late check outs. He offered to print pcr tests results for our flight. He was so helpful and communicative, that I was finally able to relax after a stressful few weeks. I also had a pleasurable experience being checked in by Stacy. She was so kind and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English, and suffered through my attempts at Chinese with a smile. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at the check-in was fantastic! unfortunately I forgot the name of the lady who helped me on WeChat to generate an taxi invoice for me, she was so patience and helpful. Big thumbs up for here.

Staff attention to detail above and beyond. Very polite, proficient English. Concierge service from check-in until checkout, then also helped us carry all our luggage to the airport doors on morning of departure. Delicious room service. Extremely clean room. Quiet for sleeping. Great quality mattress, pillows and linens. Luxury bathroom products.
