It is also just 15min from the aiport by cab/uber (3usd). The beach in front is very average, however it is great for long walks.

As per Colombia's tax laws, a 19% VAT will be charged to Colombian residents and nonresident that do not receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country.
