Main floor: kitchen area, dining room and main living room with wood-burning fireplace, TV screen connected to the internet. Middle floor: Laundry room with washer and dryer, two car garage with electric gates, half bathroom. Upstairs: three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a library and games room, two TV screens, one in the library connected to the internet and the other in the master bedroom. EQUIPMENT BBQ: The BBQ area has a modern gas grill, small refrigerator, kitchen cabinet and the necessary utensils to share a good barbecue with views of the backyard of the house and beautiful views of the mountains. Table with 6 chairs. KITCHEN: is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, built-in gas stove in a kitchen island, with four chairs for breakfast area, sink with two basins, and paper towel dispenser. The kitchenware is made up of six pots of different sizes, with their respective lids, three frying pans, an iron, a coffee maker, an electric percolator, a set of kitchen knives, six pyrex pans of different sizes, a kitchen board and various kitchen utensils. The tableware consists of ten large flat plates, ten small flat plates, 14 cups for soup, fifteen glasses for water or soda, fifteen cups for coffee, a cutlery set, serving spoons and a variety of glassware for liquors, such as wine, beer , whiskey, cognac and tequila.
