As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. This brand new luxurious 3 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay. As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms. There is are two doubles and one twin bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets.

This central resort location is an excellent place to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes walk.
