Company information

Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

Property information

This beautiful villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the expansive and private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. Downstairs the villa has an open plan, living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out onto a covered patio area at the front. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a double bedroom, separate shower and W/C is also located on this floor. Upstairs the villas has a further 3 bedrooms, 1 double with patio doors leading onto a large balcony with sea views and outdoor seating and a further 2 bedrooms both with twin beds. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath tub with overhead shower.

Neighbourhood information

Located midway between the resort centre and Cape Greco national park, this area of Protaras offers scenic surroundings in a quiet location. The nearest beaches and resort amenities are just 2 minutes drive away and Ayia Napa is 7 minutes drive away.
