Great holiday 1 bedroom apartment located at lower Peyia, near Coral Bay, for comfortable stay with pool facilities, garden, covered parking and everything needed. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars are within few minutes. This is a great location AND a gateway to experience sandy beaches and night life, Akamas peninsula with turtle bay at Lara beach, sea caves and Cypriot cuisine. The flat has its own private entrance opening into a spacious living /dining room with 2 sofas, one turns into a double bed, smart flat TV, and dining table and access to the balcony. An arch connects the living room with the fully loaded kitchen and doors lead the one to the bedroom with comfortable beds and vanity mirror set, and the bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and are facing the pool and garden. The property is in very good state, has free and fast Wi-Fi, full set of linens, and free toiletries and essentials.
Immediate vicinity comprises holiday homes and Banana plantations, peaceful and quiet surroundings. The village center 1km away follows the easy going cypriot life and boasts cafes, bars and restaurants as well as basic amenities and the 100 years old Vrysi ton Peyiotison (old fountain). About 2 km away is the Coral Bay with sandy beach and the Coral Avenue boasting many restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars, nightlife and Supermarkets. Akamas unspoiled peninsula gateway stands at 6km to the west where explorers and nature lovers will find all they need from sandy beaches, turtle hatchery and long sandy beach at Lara, long beach at toxeftra, Avakas Gorge, Unique unspoiled gem beaches and breathtaking scenery. Bus Route 616 Coral Bay - Pegia - Agios Georgios Pegeias is advisable if not having a car, a bus stop is 800m (9 min on foot) away from the flat at the doorstep of Panayia Zalatsiotisa old small church.
