The Villa was built in 1993, we have owned it since 2000. We have many happy memories here with the family. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning.The main bedroom has en-suite, with access to balconies on the front and rear. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and access to the rear balcony, and the morning sun. The 3rd bedroom has one single bed, plus bunk beds and access to the front balcony, and the afternoon sun. Downstairs is open plan, the TV in streamed through the Internet. We receive around 25 UK Freeview channels, including BBC, Itv, Ch4 & Ch5. We do not receive Sky or BT Sport. The swimming pool is outside the kitchen door and is shared with 3 other villas.
When you are due to arrive, we will send details of the code for the key box. Although we are not on site, our management agents are available to deal with any issues, although the villa manual which is located in the property covers most of the general Q&A's.
The property is about 400 metres from the front. The street is residential and quite. A 15 minute stroll will get you down to the harbour, the bus at the end of the street will get you to Old Town in about 20 minutes.
