The fine print
Please note that there is no reception at the property.
This is a self-catered lodge, guests heat the units themselves via infrared ceiling panels or underfloor heating and electricity consumption is charged.
Before entering the accommodation, the guest is pre-authorized a refundable deposit of 40 EUR per cottage, as a guarantee for any damage and the final complete cleaning of the cottage. This deposit is fully refunded upon handing over the cottage in its original condition.
Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee of EUR 40 applies.
Please note that check in outside of the scheduled hours from 5.00 pm will apply an additional charge of 10 euro and from 8.00 pm will be additional charge of 20 euro.

A damage deposit of € 40 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
