It was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the mountains. The room was also surprisingly large and it was lovely and quiet. I thought the free breakfast was a lovely touch and extremely generous. The hotel has many great facilities and I can see how it’s extremely family friendly with what it has on offer. Lovely location with a view over the river and Germany, We had a lovely balcony so it was nice to sit on that when it was warm enough, not sure it would have been quite so relaxing just sat in the room with poor lighting. Never met the owner but she sent all check in details via whatsapp, but had problem seeing them until connected to the wifi.

Absolutely wonderful lady, who made us feel very welcome and was always super helpful. The room was very cute and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need! We got to use the microwave and make ourselves tea and coffee. The food was amazing, too - very well spiced home cooked meals.
