My name is peter - speaking German, English and Russian. I am building houses - such as the B8 and other facilities. Sometimes I am also working and living at the B8.

The B8 (Borbecker Str. 8) is a spacious single-family townhouse that we primarily use as work and lounge rooms for our family members, friends and business partners scattered around the world during their stay in Duesseldorf. The house is neither a hotel nor a guesthouse! We temporarily make individual rooms available to third parties - via 'booking' on a daily basis - exclusively for overnight stays. The approximately 600 square meter, 6-story house is not far from the airport/DB train station and three motorways and therefore not far from the trade fair, DOM- and arena- event halls. We deliberately do not have an elevator or air conditioning. - Guest rooms, each 10 - 26 square meters in size - mostly with (possibly several) shared bathrooms - Loft areas / apartments (NOT apartments!), each 50 - 75 sqm in size, each with its own bathroom - We provide underground parking spaces in exceptional cases. Parking spaces on public streets are usually available. If I am in the house, I offer, by prior arrangement, to take you to the airport between 4:00 and 7:00 and in exceptional cases, if necessary, breakfast - in each case for a separate fee. The house has several (tea) kitchens. For hygiene reasons, these are not equipped. If necessary, cutlery can be obtained from the central kitchen upon request. If you read something different - only this version is valid.

The airport, train station and grocery store are within walking distance.
