LOCATION: Your apartment 1 is in a quiet, separate location on the edge of the house, i.e. the other guests of the house do not have to pass your terrace At just under 50 square meters, it is the most spacious vacation apartment in the house and is ideal for families with children as well as for individuals who want to enjoy plenty of space. The apartment is rented directly by the owner, who will also be happy to help you with tips for your vacation in the southern Black Forest vacation region KITCHEN: Your apartment has a separate kitchen, so it is not integrated into the living area as is usual in this class. Your advantage: no odor and noise pollution (refrigerator!) in the living and sleeping area. The kitchen equipment is also extensive, including a microwave, raclette, blender, sandwich maker... SLEEPING: The separate bedroom is lockable and offers space for 2 people. (The 160 x 200 bed is very comfortable.) Each side of the bed has its own shelf with bedside lamp and sockets. You have sun from the morning until the afternoon.

The terrace table is extendable and offers space for 4 people. There are also 2 sun loungers. The awning offers you protection from both sun and rain. So you can use your terrace whatever the weather. The terrace is equipped with outside light and sockets. A small electric barbecue is available. 2 bicycles can be conveniently parked under cover on the terrace. INDOOR POOL The heated indoor pool (25 °C) is an absolute highlight and is located on the same level and can be reached in a few steps. The separate showers are also located there.
