This cozy 2-room holiday apartment offers approximately 43 square meters of space for up to 5 people and is located on the 12th floor of the house 'Fresh Brise' in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, just 200m from the sandy beach. It can be easily reached via the elevator or via the stairwell. The apartment has a cozy living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a wall bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a single bed and enough storage space for clothes and luggage. Bed linen is included. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. From the living room you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and admire the view of the surrounding area and the Wadden Sea. There is a swimming pool and table tennis room in the house, which can be used free of charge. The sauna and tennis court are available for a fee. If you need a washing machine and dryer after romping around on the beach, no problem. These are also available in the house. A free parking space at the house is available to guests. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Use of the swimming pool is only accessible via a token. We charge a deposit of 50 euros, which you will receive back upon departure.
