We, Doris and Berthold Soukup, welcome you to our cozy guest apartment "Am Obstgarten." Now that our children are all moved out, we have decided to extend the lower living area as a guest apartment. The apartment was completely renovated and completed in June 2019. Grandma and Grandpa, two cats and a few chickens live in the garden with us in the house. We love the quiet location and friendly neighborhood and feel really comfortable here. We look forward to your visit and hope that you too feel comfortable here.

Grafrath is located in a valley directly on the beautiful Amper. Only 6 km away from the Ammersee. The amper flows out of the lake through the "Ampermoos" and leisurely to Moosburg and then into the Isar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation you are in good hands here. Nevertheless, you are fast at many popular destinations in Upper Bavaria. Whether on foot, by car, by bike or by train. The apartment is optimally designed for 2 people. Our bright and friendly guest apartment is located in the basement in our house located on a hillside. In two rooms and a bathroom with toilet you will find almost everything that will make your stay enjoyable. The Ammersee is about 6 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. Farm museum "Jexhof", about 1 hour walk through the forest, or 10 minutes by car. Rasso Monastery in Grafrath. Monastery Fürstenfeld and Fürstenfeldbruck with museum of local history. The city of Landsberg can be reached via the A96 in 20 minutes. Augsburg with the beautiful old town is about 60 km away In the state capital of Munich you are by car or with the S-Bahn in about 45 minutes. The world-famous royal castles Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Linderhof, are about 1.5 hours by car.
