Our 3-room apartment. (112sqm) is on the 3rd floor of a modernly designed apartment block. Access is barrier-free and convenient via an elevator from both the building entrance and the underground car park. The property has its own small playground. In the approx. 40 sqm living and... Dining room with a high-quality kitchenette and a dining area for 6 people, there is a large leather seating area with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There are TVs and WiFi access in all rooms. In the bathroom you will find a shower, bathtub and toilet and there is a guest toilet. There is a high-quality and spacious lounge set on the 18sqm balcony.
