The newly built Livingboxx boarding house (2023) at Herrenalberstraße 6c in Rheinstetten offers modern apartments for a comfortable stay. The building extends over four floors and has a total of 30 single rooms and 4 double rooms. Please note that there is no reception. There are also no services or catering services such as breakfast. We will send you the information you need for an independent check-in on the booking platform or by e-mail in advance. The apartments are very contemporary in design and offer a wide range of amenities. Each room is equipped with underfloor heating to ensure pleasant warmth even on colder days. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere, while a French balcony allows guests to enjoy the surroundings. There is a kitchen block in each apartment, which is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and kitchen utensils. This allows guests to prepare their own meals and make their stay even more flexible. Each room also has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Please note that shower accessories (soap, shampoo, slippers) are not provided. To make it easier for guests to access the different floors, an elevator is available. The boarding house also offers free parking directly on site, making it easy to arrive by car. Alternatively, public parking spaces can be found nearby.

The location of the boarding house is extremely advantageous. It is in the immediate vicinity of the DM-Arena, the trade fair center in Karlsruhe, and is only about 2 kilometers away. This makes it an ideal accommodation for trade fair visitors and business travelers. In addition, the boarding house offers a relaxing environment, as the Epplesee lake is located directly behind the building, only about 300 meters away. Guests therefore have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature after a busy day at the lake. Rheinstetten is a large district town directly adjacent to Karlsruhe. It has excellent transport links, both via the B36 and the A5 highway. This makes the boarding house easily accessible and offers good connections to the surrounding towns and attractions.
