The service was great. The staff were fully available. Not mentioned the breakfast. The location is quiet and easy to sleep. For public transport, there is a busstop around 100m from the hotel. I was satisfied and was value for money.

They helped me with some information and even to solve a specific issue by making a lot of phone calls, speaking with relevant agencies in German and not letting me go until the issue was solved! The hotel is situated in a quite street next to the centre of Poppelsdorf. We have an underground garage. The entrance is only 1,60 m high. We cannot make reservations for the garage. The reception is not occupied 24 hours. For arrivng after 6pm during the week it will be good to contact us for a check in CODE. On saturday and sunday the reception is sometimes only occupied until 1 pm.
