The apartment is located on the first floor and has barrier-free access. All rooms have windows with natural light. The house has a charging station for electric cars, which can be used at the usual local electricity rates. It has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. Bed linen is provided and included. From the living room and bedroom there is access to the 15 m² balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs. An awning can be used to provide shade.
