The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the "Zum Blauen Schild" house, built around 1350 and listed as a historical monument. The house underwent a comprehensive restoration in 1995, with meticulous attention to preserving its historical values.

I am Nico, and I have been living on the picturesque Lake Constance since 2006. Originally from Ulm, I studied Industrial Engineering in Konstanz from 2006 to 2012.
