SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. The house is nice (135m2 in size) and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living room with a seating area. On the other side of the living room you will find a dining table for 6 and a pellet wood-burning stove. From the living room, a small outside staircase leads you to the spacious 1000m2 fenced garden. In the garden there is a picnic table, fixed table with garden chairs, parasol and also 4 deck chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent to the hall is a spacious bedroom with private bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed with an electrically adjustable headboard and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Finally, there is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed (separate single boxsprings 0.90 x 2.00m.). Via one of the two bedrooms you reach the second bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin and a toilet. In the basement there is a relaxation area for children with a table football game and toys. On this basement floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a separate room to store bikes or skis. This room is easily accessible from outside, so you can easily access your ski gear or bikes. The house is suitable for people with house dust mite allergies; some beds have allergy covers, smooth floors, leather sofa, etc.

This holiday home is located in Altastenberg. Altastenberg is home to several restaurants and several ski rental shops. The house is located on a quiet street and directly from the house you can take beautiful walks. The well-known winter sports resort Winterberg is just a 5-minute drive from the house.
