Excellent location - next to the train station and canal, and a short walk to all the major attractions (e.g., the palaces, museums, Nyhavn, etc.). We loved the room!!! It had a beautiful view of the water, so we frequently sat at the window enjoying the sun and people watching. The room was also quite spacious with room to walk around and have your suitcases open. The bathroom was also decent sized. The staff were friendly and room service was excellent. We stayed here for 3 days and the location of the hotel was ideal for tourists who enjoy walking.

This hotel was my parents ' favorite during our trip. For a 5 star hotel, we got a great deal! The staff was friendly and accomodating and the rooms were very comfortable. It is worth it to book a water view room, we had a nice view of the canal. You should also check out their steam room and sauna, felt so relaxing and luxurious after a day of sightseeing. We will be back!
