Beautiful family Penthouse located on the third floor, carefully equipped and furnished, has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a KING bed and a stunning view of the Hard Rock Golf Course and Lake, the guest room with 2 TWIN beds, in the social area, you will find a modern open kitchen, a luxurious dining room and Living Room with Digital TV with a sofa bed, Where to share with your guests and family, it also has a balcony with two comfortable chairs to observe the wonderful view at any time of the day. The top floor is accessed with private stairs inside the apartment, you can find everything you need to make a BBQ with a spacious dining room overlooking the ocean (from afar), and at the other end a family room overlooking the pool, golf course and lake. In the Cana Bay area and just a few meters from the Cana Pearl residential complex is the Hard Rock Casino & Resort Hotel, the Resort's restaurants, a 27-hole golf course and a clubhouse and restaurant, which is the most beautiful private beach club in the entire Caribbean. This residential area is one of the safest in Punta Cana, with 24-hour security, in addition to having multiple private amenities that you can easily access and without much protocol. Keep in mind -Electricity is not included, consumption will have an additional value that can be paid in cash, local bank transfer or by credit card (price + local taxes). -Check out time: 11:00 AM - High Speed INTERNET INCLUDED. -Cots on request with advance notice (limited quantity) - The Private Beach Club is located 700 meters walking and 1 minute by car, a minimum fee is required to enter USD 35.00 per person, consumables in Food and drinks, etc. The departure time from the Beach Club is at 5:00pm. -Before your arrival we recommend going through a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find a 1Lt. of drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for its replacement.

The Cana Bay community, is recognized in the area for being a residential with private security 24H and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential in Punta Cana, the surroundings have as a view and as enjoyment the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hotel Hard Rock Punta Cana 5 *, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (shops of recognized brands), Disco and the famous Montserrate Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area). In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip in the hotel.
