Our company has been established for 6 years and we manage more than 10 properties as well as a brand new luxury boutique hotel. You can expect a lot of flexibility and a genuine smile.

Nestled in lush tropical gardens, our apartments surely are the most unique and precious accommodations in the entire Zona Colonial. Built on the historic ruinas of St. Regina Monastery, reaching way back to the time of Christopher Columbus, this place is something very special. Immediately upon entering these sacred grounds, you can experience a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Enjoy paradise and get swept away into your dreams by the sounds of our soothing water fountain. -You deserve it!

Neighbourhood information

Parking is allowed in the streets. We are located close to Calle El Conde, the only pedestrian zone in the city of Santo Domingo. You can have a really nice breakfast and all day long good, Dominican coffee at the Corner Café. In Conde you can drink, eat and watch people dance, play chess, sing or just walk around hand in hand. You can visit the old Cathedral in less then 10 minutes walking and there are many, curious art galleries and lots of street performers...
