Welcome to the Victorian Luxury Beachfront Condominium, V-1. This luxurious 2 BR / 2 BA ground floor condo has been completely renovated and offers direct & expansive ocean views! We love this little slice of paradise thanks to the world-class kiting literally 10 feet from our patio steps and access to the most incredible town filled with toes-in-the-sand dining and amazing energy. You will LOVE this condo if you love ocean, love luxury and relaxation and love access to the vibrant downtown while still being able to come home to peace and quiet. The Victorian is well known for its kind owners & guests, beautiful landscaping and endlessly long beachfront. After booking, we will be in touch with you directly to provide recommendations. During your stay, you will be well taken care of by our lovely maid, Aris, who comes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our property manager, Kat, will take care of any bookings or assistance you need during your stay. We are happy to recommend masseuses that come straight to you, kitesurfing lessons, dinner recommendations and more! If you are a remote worker, we have a desk and great internet speeds that make it super easy to work from home. If you prefer the vibrant café workstyle, Vagamundo is a popular retreat for the remote workers with exceptional coffee and delicious food. If you're just here to relax, it's the perfect place. The pool has sun from about 7am until 4-5pm depending on season and the beachfront is extensive. Be sure to take the tommy bahamas lounge chairs down to the beach to watch the sunset!! Cabarete is incredible. It's known as the wind sports capital of the Caribbean and it's an INCREDIBLE destination for surfing, kitesurfing, paddle boarding and sailing. Cabarete Bay is extremely vibrant, with dozens of restaurants dotting the beachfront. Where The Victorian Luxury Beachfront Condominiums is located is approximately 20 minutes by foot along the beach, or 3 minutes by car. Our guests love the flexibility to go to town to party, dine and shop and return home to a quiet retreat in paradise.
