公司簡介
Please, call me as my friends do... = Momo.
I am happy to Welcome you to my Retreat. Welcome!
Here we try to give our guest an authentic experience of the Amazigh and Siwan Culture and Life.
Not many people know that in Siwa, three major ethnic groups have been living in peace together side by side for centuries. We consist of Nubian-Sudanes, Imazigh, and the Arab-Bedouins. How would you like to learn more about how these what we call tribes, live in (mostly) harmony together?
Then I suggest you visit during the SIWA Festival, which brings all its inhabitants of this magical Oasis together under the Imazigh flag. Imazigh by the way, means, - Free man -.
Slaves that bought themselves freedom, or was granted freedom for some other reason, they were burnt like cattle with the mark of the Imazigh, to state that the person now Was a person and free, or no more for sale.
Yes, I find history very interesting, and would love to learn about yours too. But now it's about me giving mine to you I guess, so let me continue with someone I am sure you have heard about before. Yes, Alexander the Great, he was here to visit the (in ancient times) very famous Oracle of Amons Temple. There he was to find out if he really was a son of a God, such as his mother always had predicted. He was coronated as Pharaoh of Egypt here is Siwa. The Temple of Amon Ra, (Zeus in Greek mythology)with its hieroglyphs and some in its original colors, is a must visit when you are in Siwa. I suggest to combine that with a visit to Cleopatras spring/waterhole, which is close by.

We are located inside the Oasis, about 4km from Town center. We are just a 20min hike down the road to the magestic Sahara desert and its Ocean of sand dunes, Here I suggest a Buggy 4x4, ride at sunset.
Walking down the other way on the road will eventually take you in to town, but on the way there is plenty to explore, such as, small villages, and different planted oasis garden patches. Transport is easy for us to call for you if you are not the walking type. Your options vary from TukTuk, motorbike, 4x4, to a donkey.
Amons Temple is a 10min drive from us. Downtown Siwa you also reach in 10-15min with TukTuk.
In the neighborhood there are several alternative medicine therapists available and they are happy to come to the retreat and preform different Therapies on our guest. For those cases we have a special Bedouin spa-Tent, available for our clients. Just ask if you should have anymore questions.
Our Retreat, also caters to larger groups, such as classes on school excursions to Siwa. (Tent option)
