Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the heart of Puerto Banus. 100m from the beach and even less to restaurants, bars and designer shops yet in a very quiet residence with 24 hours security, concierge, two swimming pool in tropical gardens, your well appointed apartment is the perfect vacation in Puerto Banus. You have has direct access to the swimming pools from your own private terrace, a parking space if needed and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury apartment. I manage many properties on Booking com and this is one of my latest ones so it is still somehow considered a "New Property" but even though it says no prepayment is needed, a prepayment is needed to confirm the reservation. No reservation will be confirmed without prepayment of 10% at the time of booking and a further 40% 30 days prior to arrival.
