We are very familiar with Fuengirola having visited many times before. Good beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants. Did notice that towards the old town it was quite rowdy at night this time. Although we like to eat in Fish Alley, we sometimes didn't venture that far so as not to have to pass some undesirable types.

It's a great town. Plenty to do and just big enough.
It's a great town. Plenty to do and just big enough. After being in Barcelona and Sevilla, we wanted a central location on the Costa del Sol that wasn't too large, and from which we could easily visit Malaga, Mijas, Benalmadena, Marbella, etc. There are trains and buses to everywhere from the 2 stations in town, which was easily walkable. We really enjoyed this town and met all nice people. We are from the US, and we noticed that many tourists there were from the UK. I suspect many of them live there. Of course, there were plenty of Spanish people also, which I enjoyed the most, as I love to use my Spanish when I can. This town is very down-to-earth, not as fancy as Marbella. It was perfect for us. We wouldn't mind coming back to rent for a few months!

I have been visiting Fuengirola since 1966 and a lot has changed. We still like to visit at least once a year. The are great bars and restaurants and supermarkets offer a good range of fresh produce. There is a lovely central square and a variety of shops should you want. The beachfront offers a great opportunity to exercise and stop of for a drink and a snack and there are accessible toilets every 500m along the beach. As a wheelchair user all is very accessible even if some access ramps are very steep and you may require assistance.

The hotel is located in central Fuengirola minutes from the train station and the promenade. Bus station is also very close. There are many restaurants, bakeries and shops around.
The room is very basic but is comfortable and large enough for a few night stays. There is a double bed, with a small table and bedside tables. Bathroom is very small, for an average built person the shower cabin is still comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Decent selection of hot and cold food.
Rooms were very good size, comfortable bad, nice bathroom. Each room has very nice balcony with sea view. It is pleasure to spend some time there.
Breakfast is open buffet very good quality and many choices definitely worth it. Open buffet is also available for lunch and dinner with some entertainment
Beach front hotel easy to access to the beach. Long beach walk directly to the city Fuengirola. Spa is looks fine but i did’t use a bit expensive.
The location is ideal for being close to friends that live in Spain.
It's also close to the bus and train stations, pubs and restaurants that we use when staying in Fuengirola.
Also liked the terrace for looking out to sea. It's also ideal for sitting out on in the afternoon with a breeze when it gets to hot to lay on the beach.
Everything, the room was well equipped and stand of room was exceptional. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Ignore google that says Fuengirola is the nearest train station, this is wrong it is Carvajal train stop and hotel is about 100metres away
Stayed here several times before with my family and have been travelling to Fuengirola now for 35 years. Love the hotel, staff, pool and also how clean and tidy it is.
