4****class in Hospitality: Why BLUESEA Al Andalus Remains 4****Jewel of Torremolinos Having known this establishment since its days as the Royal Andalus, it is a genuine pleasure to witness its remarkable evolution under the BLUESEA Group. It is rare to see a hotel transition so seamlessly while not only maintaining but elevating its standards. Today, it stands as a shining example of what true 4-star quality looks like in the heart of the Costa del Sol. The Heart of the Hotel: A World-Class Team A hotel’s soul is defined by its people, and the staff at BLUESEA Al Andalus are, quite simply, superb. There is a palpable sense of professionalism and warmth that flows from the top down: The General Manager: For steering the ship with such clear vision and maintaining a standard of excellence that is visible in every corner of the property. The Reception Team: For providing a welcome that is as efficient as it is friendly, making every arrival feel like a homecoming. The Restaurant Staff: For their tireless dedication and impeccable service, ensuring that every meal is a highlight of the stay. The Housekeeping Team: For their incredible attention to detail and for keeping the rooms in pristine condition, providing the comfort and cleanliness that a 4-star stay demands. Quality, Location, and Value What makes this hotel stand out is the incredible price-quality ratio. It is rare to find such high-level service and amenities at such a competitive price point. The location is equally ideal—offering easy access for travelers while remaining just a stone’s throw from the beauty of the sea. Final Reflections In my experience, this is undoubtedly the best of the BLUESEA Group. There is a unique atmosphere here that makes a guest feel not just "serviced," but truly cared for. I feel great here, and it is thanks to the collective effort of this wonderful team. With much gratitude, high esteem, and sincere appreciation, Gery Maes Van de Vorst - www.

The spacious room, with a view that won’t be topped. Ronda is a unique place to visit. It’s not big, but it is a highlight. I am a literary historian, and finding out where Hemingway and Rilke loved to stay was a joy to my heart. The parador was a home for my quest.

Malaga was perfect for a three day trip.

Malaga was perfect for a three day trip. Local buses very easy to find and access. Lots of lovely food and drink places. The Cathedral, fort and castle were well worth a visit and the port area was also worth a visit for the shops, cafes and just strolling around with a lovely little market as well

We loved going to Carmaleto Del Rae. It is a long strenuous hike around the cliffs on a safe walkway. It was beautiful. Also enjoyed walking around San Miguel where all the shops and restaurants are. We also walked to Benalmedina (short walk). The Thursday market was disappointing. Our favourite restaurant was America…best chateaubriand!!!

We loved to walk along the promenade in the mornings and we had breakfast at Luini and La Bodega del Mar, both were gorgeous places to sit and people watch by the beach with great staff and lovely food and drinks. There are lots of children's playgrounds dotted around Marbella which our kids appreciated and everyone is very friendly. We had dinner at Morpho in Marbella and if you like fine dining then this place is gorgeous with exceptional food and the new owners were delightful.

Perfect for a beach stay but frankly not much else to do.

Perfect for a beach stay but frankly not much else to do. I spent 2 days there and in that time I think I saw all there was to see which was as follows: 1. Benalmadena pueblo in the hills 2. Castillo Colomares 3. Buddhist stupa 4. Beach 5. Marina 6. Parque de la Paloma 7. Bil bil castle - from outside only as it was closed for repairs I decided to skip the waterwheel and it was too windy for the cable car. On my final day I decided to walk to Torremolinos as I spent 4 days there last year and much preferred it - it has a lot more things to see and do than Benalmadena. I ate at a local tapas restaurant full of locals but the tapas were poor. I had manchego and patatas bravas as I am vegetarian. Manchego was good but the potatoes were not so following the locals was for me not a good choice. It might be better if you eat meat, fish. My other meal was a Dominos pizza which was excellent!! Very easy to get around using public transport - buy the green Consortio card to get cheap travel on the buses, trains in Andalucia. Ubers are very cheap too.

Nice tourists place on the sea with many activities, good food and wines, a big variety of restaurants and coffee shops. You can meet all expectations there starting from morning coffee con leche and ending day with tasty gelatos (Roma, Australian, etc)😊 Don’t stuck on same restaurants, explore more. Seafood is so good! Many small restaurants on the beach ( like on the photos). Taste gambonas, bouqironas in vinagre(Malaga style), enjoy all wines and sangria. Visit German restaurant Ku’ Damm, where started missing your food👌 There are many music and dancing places👌👏
