Great for an early flight out of malaga as it was really close to the airport

Room was spacious, clean, comfort. Very delicious breakfast. Great position from airport- we came to airport after midnight, took bus A (red line in front of terminal), ride 4 station and came to hotel. Bus costs 4€.

Great location: direct train to the airport (20 min) about 5 min on foot. Direct connection with a bus to the Cuevo de Tresoro (100% worth to see). A lot of places to have a snack and be entertained. We've managed check in an hour earlier. It's so nice.

Great hotel, still walking distance to the city center, but a bit off track and thus very quiet. Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza del Castillo! The unique medieval-style architecture creates a magical and charming atmosphere — it truly feels like staying in a castle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the inner courtyard is a lovely place to relax. It’s a peaceful hotel with easy access to Málaga by car. Highly recommended for a memorable and different experience!

Great location, lovely bar and restaurant

The cleanliness and the fresh smell everywhere. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The bed was comfortable and clean, nice pillows. Do get an eye mask to sleep to block any incoming street lights. You will sleep well and feel more energised for it. The location is perfect and within easy reach of the lovely historic centre, the train station and the bus station is less than 10 minutes away for both. It also very close to meeting point for tours departing from Málaga. There is a lovely shopping complex within the train station and supermarkets. Plenty of eateries and close to popular sightseeing spots. This hotel surpassed all expectations, even with the packed breakfast when we were going to miss it. 10/10.

great location, cool bar and rooftop, coasy room and good vibe

Nice and quiet location, not that far away from the old city. Parking in the Garaje Olletas round the corner was very handy.

I recently stayed at Hotel Larios in Malaga, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the best spots in the city. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The highlight was definitely the spectacular light show, which added a magical touch to the evenings. All in all, Hotel Larios is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to anyone . Also, a big shout out to all the staff they did a fantastic job, especially Oscar 👏 , and the two ladies on the reception desk. Looking forward to returning next year..

We were upgraded for €10 as the front desk staff suggested the room would be more comfortable for us - bigger bed I think. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented .

Excellent location. Staff friendly & efficient. Food exceptional & different. Decor great, cool Ibiza vibes. Everything spotlessly clean & bed comfy. Nothing too much to ask of staff.

The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible! Plus the location of the hotel is just amazing! The next shop is 2min from the hotel and as soon as you step out the doors you‘re in the middle of the city center!

The rooms were luxurious, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. One of the standout features was the breakfast. For a smaller hotel, the healthy breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us, arranging taxis whenever we needed them and providing great advice on how to get around and make the most of our visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service, a great location, and a very comfortable stay. We would definitely return!
