The property was right between the beach and the bus stop which made it very convenient for our family! The property also had beach towels and sand toys which my children enjoyed.

Very friendly, nice host - available through whatsapp for anything we needed. We received some drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was really nice! The location is very close to the beach, with a bus stop nearby. We rented a car and Palma is a 5 minutes drive away from the house. There is an excellent patisserie-cafetaria nearby, where we had our "desayuno" every morning.

    The area around the house and the promenade next to the sea is easy walking, to access the house there are a few steps, the bedrooms are all on the second floor, there is a roof terrace with sea views on the 3rd floor.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating every body's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the apartment is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old. You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00hours, there is a late check in fee.

Townhouse 200 meters from sea/beach sleeps 6 persons. This Townhouse is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca. Molinar combines the advantages of living in a small seaside town, such as tranquility and proximity to the beach; located just 5 minutes walk from the house; and also offers a variety of facilities to make your stay enjoyable. It is a nice town house of 110 square meters located 250 meters away from the sea and beach. The house has two levels plus the roof terrace of 70 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with bath and shower and other with shower. Baby cot is available on request. The roof terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner and to enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea, also at the courtyard-patio on the ground floor level. The house is equipped with amenities you can expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, hot/cold air-conditioning in all the rooms, baby cot available, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine etc. It is a perfect place for holiday which is close to the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the beach where you can chill.

The townhouse is located in a perfect area only 10 mins from the airport, 10 mins by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping streets and culture, you can cycle on the seafront promenade to the center of Palma, 15 mints away or to the closest local beaches of Portixol, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pastilla or Arenal. You will need a car only if you are planing to explore the Island. You will also find a variety of lovely bars for beautiful sunset views over the sea and for the best paellas, seafood and fresh fish restaurants are in this area, trendy bars and also typical Majorcan cuisine and international dishes are here in this area. The house is just minutes walk from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place for a swim. Perfect for all sorts of sport activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle, sailing, fishing, and much more from the small club Nautico of Molinar. There are a variarety of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers kiosk, bakery and also a gym with heated swimming pool, tennis court and others are all also close by. This is the perfect place for a family holiday or with friends.
