60 m2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, interior patio, ground floor, parking, WIFI, renovated and soundproofed in the old town of Murcia. PETS 5 EUROS/DIA PARKING 12 EUROS/DIA PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST AND IN CERTAIN CASES A BLOCK WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OF 150 EUROS ON THE GUEST'S CARD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
