Our friendly apartment is located in a new building at San Luis street, in the historic quarter of Seville. Lift and parking for small and medium cars are available (ask for the price), which is not very usual over that place of the city. It has a bedroom with a doble bed and another one with two single beds, these two becomes one if you want a larger bedroom. Everything is ready for makes your stay as nice as your own home! The apartment is recently renovated (April 2019) and decorated with love! :) You can enjoy the centralised air conditioning (hot & cold), free Wifi with fibre optic (600Mb) and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and everything you need in order to have some confortable days! If you bring yourself to cook, don’t worry, you will find kitchenware, whisk, beater, juicer, kettle, tassimo coffee maker, etc. Windows are equipped with mosquito net and bedrooms have ceiling fans so you can sleep enjoying the night fresh, instead of the air conditioning if you prefer!

San Luis street is one of the most popular and lively street at the historic quarter of Seville, charmful place in the city. You can find everything you need because of the great services, culture and restaurants available in this neighbourhood. Most of the place you can’t miss are close to the apartment (La Catedral, la Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses, la Plaza de la Encarnación, la Alameda de Hércules, etc) and you can get them just walking. Anyway, public transports like bus, taxi, tube or cycling are available too if you prefer. San Luis is a cheerful place, exciting during the day and peaceful when night falls. Don’t forget that Aquatic Park Isla Mágica is ten minutes from there by car! About market and grocery store, you can find a really great one just in front of the apartment, named ‘Ultramarinos Alonso’. There you can buy some delicious serrano ham, cheese, bread or cured meat and take it away so don’t miss it if you want to have a typical sevillian breakfast at home!
