SPECIAL MEASURES SARS-2 Until December 31, 2020 our apartments will have the following extraordinary hygiene measures: 1. will be treated with specific cleaning products on all surfaces. 2. The spaces will be treated with OZONE (O3) at a rate of 15g / h for disinfection. 3. All the contiguous reservations will be separated by a minimum of 36 hours to guarantee the cleanliness of the spaces. All our clients will have the maximum guarantee of hygiene and security through these procedures.

DEPOSIT A deposit is requested for the stay to protect the property from damage. It can be provided by transfer or cash. It can be also waved if a valid credit card is presented and will have no charge. It is also necessary to present a valid ID of each person, law 4/2015 on hosting in Spain. SHEETS AND TOWELS Sheets and towels are provided at an extra fee of 20 Euros to be paid upon arrival. If the customer wishes to bring its own linen and this is not requested must be informed by message before hand, otherwise will be provided and charged accordingly. --------------------------- DEPÓSITO Se solicita un depósito por la estadía para proteger la propiedad de daños. Please note this information for key delivery. It is always necessary to do an appointment by message, at least 24h before arrival. No key delivery is possible without appointment. For that please send a message through booking message system with your telephone number, whatsapp number and expected arrival time (beyond 10 minutes delay, 10 Euros per half an hour will be charged on the customer). 1. Please inform at least 24 hours before arrival on your arrival time. Otherwise you may need to wait for up to 2 hours. 2. Check in is possible until 22h only if you have informed about your arrival time. 3. The following fees apply for arrivals after 20h, from 20h to 00h, 20 Euros, from 00h to 01h, 30 Euros from 01h to 02h, 40 Euros. Arrivals after 22h are subject to availability of personnel and can not be guaranteed unless notificaiton with 24h advance has been sent. For communications on arrival time less that 24 hours in advance and additional 20 euros fee can be applied for the key delivery service, if it is possible to implement (best effort only).
