Rules and Requirements of the Tourist Apartment 1. Mandatory Registration: All adults over 17 years of age must register before check-in providing a photo and identification document or passport (driver's license is not valid). This process is mandatory and the reservation is formalized once completed. You will receive a link that you must complete by providing the documents. 2. Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be held on your credit card. This will be released 24 to 72 hours after check-out, subject to review of the accommodation. The guest is responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition. 3. Entry and Exit Times: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Request authorization for changes to these schedules, subject to availability and additional cost. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. 4. Important Information: We are a tourist apartment and not a hotel. Additional services such as cleaning and others are available upon request and at an additional cost. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. 6. Security: Make sure to properly close the main door at all times. 7. Restrictions: It is not allowed to accommodate unregistered people, hold parties, cause disturbance to other guests or neighbors, or play music at high volume. Failure to comply with these rules will be sanctioned and may result in expulsion. 8. Keys: Loss or non-return of keys entails a cost that will be deducted from the security deposit for each set of keys not returned.

The kitchen is very large and bright and it’s fully equipped with oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, kettle and basic kitchen accessories. Also, it has and dining room inside the kitchen. Both designed bathrooms have shower plates, hairdryer, towels and basic bath accessories. Free internet access is provided, as well as SmartTV, air conditioning and heating.

Located in a great environment, in the heart of Seville, only 15 minutes away walking from the main monuments as the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Giralda. The apartment is placed in a very quiet Street by the Alameda de Hercules, an area with an exceptional atmosphere, plenty of restaurants, bars and places to “tapear”, and playgrounds for children. The shopping area, which included the famous streets of Tetuan and Sierpes, are located around 10 minutos away walking from the apartment. You can also take a look at the Feria Market, around 200m away. If you prefer a chill plan but still enjoying your visit, go to the Gualdalquivir River, the only navigable one, 10 minutes away, and take a stroll by its shore, enjoying the scenery and the city views.
