Inaugurated in May 2019 after a thorough restoration and remodelling of the block, the building in which the Granada de Luxe 3000 Apartments are located has 2 floors plus the ground floor, with the flats and studios on the two upper floors. There are 3 studios, a 1-bedroom flat and a 2-bedroom apartment for up to 8 people. The studios do not have a separate bedroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people on the sofa beds in the lounge-dining room. They have a kitchen open to the lounge-dining room where there is a television and a full bathroom. From the living room there is access to the terrace or balcony, perfect for breathing fresh air. As for the flats, the distribution is the same with the difference of having one or two independent bedrooms with beds for 2 people, being a more comfortable option for families. The kitchen is equipped with hob or ceramic hob, oven or microwave or both, fridge, sink and kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat. The flats are provided with bed linen and towels for all guests, but not with tea towels or table linen.
