In addition to, of course, its ideal urbanization. The spacious and bright living room, which has a smart TV, a sofa, a fireplace and a dining table, connects directly to the private terrace of the property, which can also be accessed from the bedroom and from the kitchen. On this terrace you will find another dining table, in this case round and designed for 4 people, as well as a chill-out area, as well as beautiful panoramic views of the communal garden with lake, the urbanization and the mountains. The kitchen, being this room the first one you will see upon entering the house, is fully equipped with appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and coffee maker; and a basic kitchenware to make you feel that you lack absolutely nothing. Finally there is the bedroom, which is tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable double bed, fitted closets and high quality bed linen and towels. In addition, this one has excellent natural light, since, as we have told you before, it has a direct access to the terrace. And, inside, you will also find a nice bathroom, which has a shower, sink, toilet and clean towels. As for the urbanization, Parque Botanico is a gated residential community that has community services of all kinds, from 3 swimming pools, two outdoor, one of them being a jacuzzi, and other indoor; a pool bar; a gym; a sauna; a garden, with a lake; an outdoor court, to play soccer and basketball; a tennis court; a squash court; a children's playground and even a library.
