Our accommodaIon is a 95-square-meter house, ideal for visiIng Oviedo Asturias, both as a couple or as a family. Located in the center of Oviedo, a few meters from the Príncipe Felipe Auditorium, San Francisco Park and the Fontán market. Includes garage space at no addiIonal charge. It is the only house on the seventh floor (a_c/undercover), with lots of light in all rooms and tranquility (it does not have a terrace). The elevator reaches the sixth floor, you have to climb some addiIonal steps to access the house. It has three large bedrooms, all of them with built-in wardrobes, equipped with brand Pikolín brand bed frames (one of the rooms also has a hammock). Two rooms have a 150x190 double bed, and the third has two 90x190 trundle beds, which can be joined to form a 180x190 double bed (if necessary). This room has a study table with work chair and lamp. OpIonal cot/high chair on request, free of charge.
