United KingdomChristian was very helpful! Our plane arrived very early, and we got to the hotel at around 8:30 AM (about 7 hours before check-in). Christian was very accommodating and we were checked in by around 10! We also received a free room upgrade which was an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed using the spa facilities, and laying by the pool. The cleaning staff was also fantastic. I unexpectedly left an item behind, and even though they are now closed for the season, Daniel has been working with me so I can get it returned which I am also really grateful for!

Christian at front desk was extremely helpful when checking out by arranging a taxi for us later in the day.

The pool area was right on the sea so you could swim in the sea and then use the sun loungers to relax by the pool. Great pool service as well if you required food and drinks. Great location as only 25 minutes from the airport and an easy taxi journey as its all metered. So no shocks there.

Such ease of service checking in, making reservations for restaurants and the spa they helped with everything here. The entire staff were amazing and I can't thank them enough for making my birthday get away the best. Highly recommend a trip down to the spa and the excellent masseuse Lucia who works there, she is fantastic.
