Tourist Registry Nb: EBI068 Our beautiful flat has been recently refurbished to allow you relax in comfort and enjoy your holiday. An open plan living room (sofa bed too), dining room and kitchen. It can fit 6 people comfortably. Equipped with all the kitchen utensils you will need to make your stay as care free as possible. The kitchen contains a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, juice maker and toaster. There are two double bedrooms. Both have king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a third bedroom with a single bed. The room also has a flat TV. All the bedrooms and living room have satellite channels and Netflix. We also have books and toys for children. There are 2 full bathrooms with a good size shower each. Bed linen and towels included for all guests which go to dry cleaning after guest checkout. High quality bedrooms and pillows. No AC since it´s hardly necessary but we leave fans in summer and there is heating in winter Minimum 24h between checkout and checkin. We trust you will really enjoy your stay with us!

Our beautiful apartment is located in the very center of Bilbao, surrounded with shops, supermarkets restaurants, etc… all less than 5 min walking distance. Bilbao is a small city and you can walk around without having to get any public transport nor car to almost anywhere in the city in around 30 min. However, if you prefer to use the public transport, in less than 5 min walking distance you can find the public transport interchange central “Termibús”. – Bus central for many cities in Spain and villages of the Basque Country and Cantabria – Subway station “San Mamés”, Termibús exit. – Tram station “San Mamés” – Renfe Train station. As an example: - 5 min walking distance to San Mames stadium. - 2 tram stops to Euskalduna Palace (5 min) - 10 min walking distance – 4 tram stops to the Guggenheim museum (7 min) - 15 min walking distance – 5 tram stops to the old City-Casco Viejo (10 min) - 30 min walking distance – 10 subway stops to the local beaches, Plentzia, Sopelana etc… (20 min) There is no parking in the building but there are a couple of economic parking (guest needs to pay to the parking directly) nearby.
