The building´s construction is always done maintaning the roots and traditions of the city. Throug rehabilitation and restoration of antique buildings, we are able to create a unique atmosphere combining traditional elements and actual necessities.

Birdhouse Valencia, settles in a centenial building located in the neighborhood of Camins al Graus. beside the Port Avenue, one of the citie´s principal avenues that connects the city center with the Port of Valencia. Because our building is centenial, in Birdhouse, we´ve attempted to respect in every possible way the building´s distribution, keeping the rooms clean and bright, adapting them to nowadays neccesities. The hostel, being located at the beggining of the Port Avenue, facilitates the sights of exceptional places as the "cuidad de las artes y las ciencias", the university zone "blasco ibañez", the river , Valencia´s port and the malvarrosa beach.
